Welcome to Red Lobster Tours and Restaurant. Since we mainly provide tour services and fresh seafood dining experiences, our return and refund policies are designed based on service-based operations rather than physical products.
1. Return Policy
As our services include tours and restaurant dining, physical returns are not applicable.
- Tour services cannot be returned once confirmed and scheduled.
- Changes or cancellations may be requested based on availability and policy conditions.
- Restaurant meals are prepared fresh and cannot be returned once served.
- If there is an issue with your meal or service, please inform our staff immediately for assistance.
2. Refund Policy
Refunds are handled fairly based on the type of service booked.
- Full refund is available if cancellation is made at least 48–72 hours before the scheduled tour.
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the tour may not be eligible for a refund.
- No-shows will not be eligible for refunds.
- If a tour is cancelled by us due to weather conditions or operational issues, a full refund or reschedule option will be provided.
- Restaurant payments are non-refundable once food is prepared and served.
3. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days depending on the payment method used.
